Cabin Creek Health Systems is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in Kanawha County, WV. Cabin Creek provides primary care, behavioral health, full-service dental, pharmacy, and many other healthcare services to rural and urban patients from our multiple locations. Cabin Creek Health Systems consists of the following locations/services:
- Dawes, WV – Cabin Creek Health Center & Pharmacy (Also contains Pulmonary Rehab Facility and Black Lung Clinic)
- Belle, WV – Riverside Health Center (Located at Riverside High School with School-based Health Services)
- Kanawha City, WV – Kanawha City Health Center & Pharmacy
- Charleston, WV – Westside Health Center & Pharmacy & Dental Clinic
- Sissonville, WV – Sissonville Health Center & Pharmacy & Dental Clinic
- Clendenin, WV – Clendenin Health Center & Pharmacy & Dental Clinic
Cabin Creek Health Center also offers school-based Health Services in 3 Kanawha County high schools and 3 Kanawha County middle schools.
The Cabin Creek Comprehensive Addiction & Recovery Program (CARP) program focuses on a comprehensive, four-tiered treatment plan. We marry intense counseling with supportive medication to help an individual conquer their addiction. Medication Assisted Treatment Programs (MAT) are operated at 3 of the health centers, with a stand-alone MAT facility at the Westside Health Center.

- Recent graduates (less than 18 months) from an accredited Masters or DNP program
- Licensed and credentialed (or license and credential eligible) in WV as a FNP, AGPCNP prior to the start date of the program
